Guitar Mania Animato

From the Guitar Mania collection. Heavily influenced by '60s & '70s Pop Art artist Don DiPiero favors cartoon-like images simplified with bold lines and vivid color contrasts that reaches out for the viewer's inner-child. Guitar Mania, a public art project in Cleveland, featured 10 foot high decorated fiberglass replicas of Fender Stratocaster guitars, designed and painted by celebrities and artists. Guitar figurine titled Animato. Measures 11.5" tall. The project was a collaboration between the United Way and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Made of resin. After the exhibition, the guitars were auctioned off, with proceeds benefiting these charities.. Animato explodes out of an equipment storage case much like the ones that LM Engineering manufacture.
